Abstrakt playbooks work on top of the Regal Agent Desktop. The way the Abstrakt integration knows when to display each playbook for a new call is based on Regal's Reporting event webhooks.

Abstrakt contracts and charges a separate fee from Regal, and you pay them directly. Once you've contracted with Abstrakt, reach out to [email protected] in order to turn on the Abstrak integration for your Regal account.
